Information on Pre-conference Workshop / Workshop Presentation Submission
The Organizing Committee cordially invites submissions of pre-conference workshops / workshops proposal for presentation at the 20th International Forum for Back and Neck Pain Research in Primary Care (IBNP Forum 2027).

Guideline for Pre-conference Workshop / Workshop Proposal Submission:
- Abstract submissions and presentations must be in English.
- The content of the pre-conference workshop / workshop should include the following:
- Workshop Title
- Team (names and affiliations)
- Short Descriptions (3 lines)
- Rationale and Objective(s) (200 words)
- Workshop Format (300 words)
- Expected Number of Participants
- Anticipated Outcomes and Impacts (100 words)
- The title should be informative and as specific as possible, with the first letter of each noun capitalized.
- If a table or figure is included, it must be cited in the Pre-conference Workshop / Workshop Proposal text.
- Up to 3 pictures/charts/tables can be included along with your Pre-conference Workshop / Workshop Proposal. Images must be entered in JPEG (jpg, jpeg) format.
- There is a limit of one submission per presenting author. To ensure a rich, inclusive program that reflects the diversity of our global spine research community, each speaker/facilitator is limited to leading one (1) workshop. Proposals featuring cross-institutional partnerships, gender balance, and representation from early-to-mid-career researchers alongside senior faculty will be given priority.
- The Forum reserves the right to make minor editorial changes on the Pre-conference Workshops / Workshops Proposal.
- Submitting an identical workshop proposal that has previously been presented at another conference with a similar target audience is discouraged.
- Only online submission is available. Submissions which do not comply with our instructions will not be considered.
Notification of Acceptance:
The Scientific Committee will review all submissions, and the notification of acceptance will be sent out by 31 Dec 2026 (Thu).
Registration of Pre-conference Workshop / Workshop Presenters:
Accepted authors should register for the Forum by 15 Jan 2027 (Fri). If the registration of the presenting author is not received by the deadline, the case will be handled as voluntary withdrawal.
